Bespoke Dressing Rooms

Luxurious dressing room design

Our brief was to transform a basic clothes storage room into a luxurious bespoke dressing area in a large detached family home. We designed a striking scheme using strains of the architecture found in the rest of the property but adding our own modern twist. This we achieved by designing doors with mouldings and glass panels decorated with muntin bars, but instead of traditional cornicing and skirting we opted for a more minimal approach. We completed the design with a dressing table, panoramic mirrors and dark oak top to connect with a treasured antique chair.

Minimal, functional dressing room design

Minimal, functional dressing room design

Our brief was to design a functional bespoke dressing room to maximise the very limited space for our Reigate client with a large wardrobe! We made best use of the light from the window with floor-to-ceiling and wall-to-wall reflective high gloss cupboards in a very clean minimal style, allowing what was a most difficult space to be transformed into a practical and sleek dressing room within this new-build townhouse. We utilised every area of space with high cupboards over the dressing room door, hidden storage with a multitude of plug sockets and partitioned drawers. The window in this room and adjoining bedroom were dressed with a simple roman blind in a silk from Osborne and Little. We also designed a bespoke kitchen, storage and shelving unit, and guest bedroom for this client.

Dark oak open plan dressing room design

Dark oak open plan dressing room design

Our brief was to design a stunning bespoke dressing room in an adjoining space off the master bedroom in a large family home. Blending a rich dark oak finish with stainless steel fittings we created a luxurious design, which although open plan and adjacent would feel separate from the bedroom. Using symmetry and display wardrobes and shelving we sought to conjure up the feel of a traditional clothes shop. We completed the style with pull out trays, large drawers and substantial mirrors to reflect light into the dressing area. Our client also invited us to design a bespoke kitchen and media unit.
